Apart from Teaching and Exams the British Council suffers from low brand awareness in the Americas. This is impacting negatively on our ability to reach our audiences and tell our story effectively. The Regional Marketing team is addressing the issue through a campaign centred around high-quality video content, demonstrating our impact in all areas of our work. We are reaching audiences across multiple digital channels and generating conversations on key themes and issues. Our goal is to strengthen perceptions of our role as a cultural relations organisation, highlighting the breadth and depth of our work across all SBUs, as well as how we provide value for organisations and individuals within the Americas and the UK.
