One of our objectives as a global organisation is to fight for inclusion and equity to become embedded in all the areas in which we participate. That is why we open this space to share our stories of equity, diversity and inclusion.
We need to talk about diversity and listen to groups that have been historically excluded. Their stories show us a different perspective to the normative one that can be exclusionary because it does not take into account the needs of each person.
Sharing stories that make diversity visible also helps us to understand, as a society, that inclusion is necessary and can be built by all of us in our day-to-day environments.
