Ricardo is an expert in digital transformation, project evaluation, and the development of financing instruments through calls for proposals from Colciencias, Fondo Emprender, and Innpulsa. His proficiency extends to creating impactful business models and generating innovative ideas for design, production, and execution.

Carol Quevedo, an Industrial Engineer from Colombia with an MBA from the USA, brings 16 years of versatile experience leading diverse areas in Insurance, Banking, Consulting, and Telecommunications in Colombia. Serving as the President of the Mentoring Chapter for ALL Ladies League, she is a Professional Mentor and the creator of the Talent and Skills Acceleration Plan (PATH). Additionally, Carol is a professor in Business Administration at Universidad Javeriana, fostering strategic synergy between academia and the corporate world.
