There is evidence from around the world that core skills – Creativity and Imagination, Student Leadership and Personal Development, Citizenship, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Digital Literacy, Collaboration and Communication – can be effectively integrated into local curricula.

To maximise the success of our Core Skills training, we offer facilitated sessions to support practitioners – school leaders, curriculum experts and other educators – in reflecting how to embed core skills in their local curriculum.

There is no single right way to do this and educators in each country need to decide what is the right path for them. Our experts can help guide you through this process.

The toolkit has for parts:

  1. Establishing the priorities
  2. Evaluating current practice
  3. Analysing case studies
  4. Detailed curriculum planning
